well i know how to do the marquee part of it < marquee > and all but how do i add pictures??

NO, PUT THE ADDRESS OF THE IMAGE WHERE IT SAYS 'IMAGEADDRESS'. LIKE THIS:

[marquee][img src="http://www.whatever.com/image.jpg"] [img src="www.whatever.com/image.jpg"][/marquee]

Replace [] with <>.
