'bout time for an update

So college is a lot of fun, but a lot of work at the same time. I have a total of 8 classes (17 hours) plus homework, and lots of practicing. I absolutely love the Criminal Justice program (I'm actually doing Police Studies but its basically the same thing). I've totally found my "thing". I joined this thing called Lambda Alpha Epsilon (no, its no a sorority) and its a club for people majoring in Criminal Justice, Forensic Science, etc and it seems really neat. Like on thursday, a US Marshall is coming to speak and they have cool stuff like that all the time. Yeah, I'm a dork :).

College is awesome, but omg its so expensive. I had to pay $940 for a meal plan that I hardly use. After full tuition scholarships, KEES money, and another scholarship, I still have to pay $728 for this semester..plus books. It blows.

I'm really glad I decided to play violin instead of clarinet. Not that clarinet isn't a cool instrument, but I enjoy violin more. Jeremy, the orchestra director/violin proff. is really freakin' cool and I like the string players for the most part. I think DR would have drove me insane.

Yesterday, I went horseback riding and it was a lot of fun. I'm sore today, lol.

I think I'm going to an informal type rush for this sorority tonight. I'm kinda excited but kinda nervous.

Good luck Central at your competition this weekend!

Kyndel needs to get better!!!
