I'm not sure what cosmic forces are at work in my life currently, but I've been having an abnormal amount of good luck, specifically in the realm of money. At the same time, my mental and physical state of being is comparatively low. I've been sick all week and my relationship is hanging by a thread.
I really ought to play the lottery.
Check it:
-A submission I made at work was chosen out of 40 as the best, and I was awarded a $20 gift card to the retailer of my choice (Ukrops!).
-Was caller #4 on the radio and won tickets to a concert this weekend, intended to give to my parents who are big fans, but looks like it might just have been a waste. Still, the luck, though.
-Got a tax return that was 50% bigger than I expected. Made a big payment on my credit card, and they raised my credit limit... so that should help my credit score.
-This morning the vending machine at work spit a gold John Quincy Adams $1 coin at me, thinking it was giving me a quarter.
-I received a check in the mail for a refund from a co-pay at a doctor back in November... guess I overpaid.
I just wish I knew what this meant. Good luck, but my stomach is in knots again for the first time since November.
