Now that I'm not working on the phones anymore, there's not much point in keeping track of the following statistic, so I'm going to consider it closed.
Between March of 2007 (when I finally started monitoring this) and August of 2008, customers incorrectly heard my name as "Vicky" 47 times.
Also, today someone said "Did anyone ever tell you that you look like Winona Ryder?" and that was the best compliment I think I've ever heard. YES.
