I feel much better than I did yesterday after my filtered rant. I still have a few more things to purge, but most of them are RP related.. like someone who needs a zipper and lock on their yap, but right now... I'm not going there. For the record, it's not someone on my friends list.
What that old song says is true.. we often do get by with a little help from our friends. A friend got her Masters Degree in Education, recently, and I was at somewhat of a loss at what to get her. At the suggestion of ldygwynedd, I picked up Chicken Soup for the Teacher's Soul. Got a nice note back thanking me for the book and card. Thanks, Jean! :)
I need to get my kitchen squared away and before 7/7:30. I want to go out for a little while. Just to get out of the house and do "something." Shouldn't take me too long, I need to switch dishes, wipe counters, clean up the fridge and mop the floor.
