Promises to keep...
I promised myself that I would post at least one entry per day, be it public or private, and am doing so. Hence my apparent backdating of late.
I pick up my son from school just about every day. It works out well for me, I pick him up and have him along to help with any errands I'm running for the afternoon.
Something that ticks me off: privileged people that pull out into the main traffic lane at the school, as opposed to parking on either side of it and waiting like most, and then block the damn thing to pick their kids.
Something that made me double take: A young woman leaving the school that was a near dead ringer for the gal that plays Lana Lang on Smallville.
Something that made me smile: the monkey hat! A girl was wearing a winter hat that reminded me of a fuzzy version of one of those monkey sock thing toys.
