really done!
Had my viva today. The examiners were fine with the thesis, so I corrected the various inevitable typos and things, added start-of-chapter quotes for amusement and got it printed and rebound. Unfortunately, the entire theory sector is gone on holiday or to various conferences so there's no one around to go pubbing with.
So now I've officially earned a Masters degree! Though I won't get the actual piece of paper until november, or whenever they decide to send it. This degree was an awful lot easier than the last one...
And now it's time to pack up everything in our flat 'cause we have to move out tomorrow. Ooh, and I have a giant glass of black currant compote... yummy!

Good grief Lena - if I'd known you were going to quote Terry Pratchett I
might have been tempted to make a very different recommendation to BOGS! You
were saved by the Principal Skinner quote though.
