You could always take the job back and try to work something out for the winter. Why can't you get a job on campus I thought you settled the giant mess with your SSC and other things. Getting a job on campus will definitely be the most convenient thing especially for things like vacations and finals.

yeah, i'm looking into campus jobs also...like cashier in the cafeteria, etc.

i still have to get a new NEW SSC because i'm going to be getting a mailbox PO BOX on campus so that i don't have to worry about always changing it where ever i always end up living. So i still have to do a few things before the wheels start turning.

I would say make that your first priority. Once your done with that then try to get a job on campus, it's convenience will make your life five thousand times easier.

thanks but i'm not convinced it will be so easy. everyone at school is looking for an on campus job so i'm still looking elsewheres. i have to do follow up calls to the two other places i applied for.

Of course everyone's looking for jobs too. The basic idea is too look harder than everyone else. And don't ever believe that all the jobs are taken. There's ALWAYS work needed somewhere.
