Tired and in need of a rest, Dean yanked the Impala into the rest stop’s turning lane so hard he woke Sam up in the passenger seat.
“Dude, what the hell?”
“Nature calls,” He answered, opening the door.
But instead of heading toward the restrooms, he walked over to one of the picnic tables and sat down wearily, head in hands.
He only lifted his head when Sam’s ginormous shadow fell over him. And grinned when his brother tossed him a bottle of soda and some M&Ms.
“Thanks, dude,” He said, gratefully. “Now all we need is a checkered tablecloth.”
