Phil-Air
Yesterday after work I went to the Oakland Airport with Phil B. Phil recently acquired his private pilots license and was going flying for some practice. Since he is licensed, he can take passengers, so I was invited to along.
After Phil meticulously inspected the 1965 Cesna, we taxied to the runway, a few more checks, and then we were off. We flew north to the Napa airport (APC) where Phil practiced landing and takeoffs, also known as touch and goes. Afterwards some steep turns and we headed back to Oakland (OAK).
Although I did nothing other than sit in the co-pilots seat, it was a bunch a fun and I look forward to flying again. I should note, that the in flight service needed a little more work, I barely even received the safety instructions.
