so cross country's been going on for a week, it's been really fun with the slacking and all. today we achieved a slower than slow walking running pace and kept it up for about 25 minutes. then we hid in olivia's house. then went back to brookside.
last night we went to towers fields for frisbee, but right as we got there it started pouring and thundering and lightning. magon, dunlay, iain and i hid out in my car while pringle and greg hid in greg's car. and for some reason greg decided to drive and park facing me, so that he was not only on the wrong side of the road but also parked on the yellow line. when jarrett arrived later he made a mad dash through the rain to greg's car. i'm not sure where klu was...but we sat waiting out the rain for around and hour or so talking, throwing around weird sponge things that i have to wipe fog, taped iain's shoe and taped my door handle to my door. just sitting around got a bit boring though, so we went to dq and miraculously my car started both on the way there and on the way back! i was so proud of it. my car does awesome in rain. after dq played frisbee for a while and my team made an effort to make every point upside down. that was fun. then took pringle magon iain home and showed them how awesomely i drive in the dark and how awesomely i know where my phone is, but none of that was as fun as how awesomely deaf jarrett is.
