Armani Exchange is the biggest piece of shit company I've had the displeasure of dealing with in a long while. I ordered a pair of cuff links and a track jacket for a gift on January 2nd. The jacket came in fine, but instead of cuff links, there was a pair of tacky earrings. The gift box for the jacket was ripped almost halfway through, there was no gift box for the cuff links/earrings, and there was no return shipping label included in the package. Fine.
I called a few days later and requested new gift boxes for both, as well as a return shipping label so I could send back and exchange the earrings.
I received nothing.
School started, and I forgot about it. I called again in late March, they found the file, and "initiated another request for a return shipping label." At that point, I would have still done the exchange.
I received nothing.
Two weeks ago, I called to discuss the matter with "customer service". They told me it was in transit and I should expect the materials soon.
I received nothing.
One week ago Monday, I called and angrily demanded to speak to a manager. I was transferred to the voicemail of one of the managers at AX corporate, a woman. I left a detailed message with contact information, in which I expressed my intent to keep the earrings (since they were so unconcerned about getting the return shipping materials to me in a reasonable amount of time), my expectation that they will still refund my money for the cuff links (as they are no longer in stock and the gift-giving occasion has long since passed), and my extreme displeasure with the way the entire situation has been handled. She did not return the call in the past week.
This morning, I called again and "Francis" tried to contact three different managers at corporate, and only got their voicemail. I decided to leave a more forceful message with the same female manager as before. If she does not return my call within one day, I will contact the BBB. This is ridiculous.
Don't shop with Armani Exchange! They suck at life.
