Sleeping in school was fun last night. I actually got sleep this time (the last time a bunch of us stayed up all night) and then Mom came and picked me up at 8:00 to go home and get some more sleep. Now, it's afternoon and I have to take a shower, get ready for Freshman Day, and study for my A/P's.
Tomorrow, I'm going to see The Miracle Worker at the Cultural Arts Playhouse (a.k.a. CAP). They do amazing productions, so I'm excited. Then, on Thursday, the Bio class is taking another trip to Cold Spring Harbor's DNA lab. w00! DNA!
My mother kicks major arse. I went into my room this morning to look for something, and sitting on my desk is my very own copy of The Nanny Diaries. I'd mentioned that I'd like to read it, and she remembered to buy it for me. Hee.
It's my mom's birthday today, also. I'm gonna make her a cake when I get out of the shower.
