Well . . . this is interesting.
"Ohio Governor Ted Strickland has selected Nancy H. Rogers, dean of the Moritz College of Law, as interim Ohio Attorney General. She will serve Ohio in this new capacity through the November general election, when Ohio voters will determine a successor to complete the remainder of an unexpired term created by the resignation of former Attorney General Marc Dann."
