GIVE IT UP!

I just wanted to ask-
What is the family recipe??? (meat or not- I can adjust or replace with my soy products!)

or your fav. recipe?

(I am a dump cook so everything is just rounded... a guess)
I have made these up on my own (keep in mind i am veggitarian):

sausy ling-weeennniiiieee

A big fryin pan with a lid and a pan

2 tbs oil (virgin olive)
4 tbs butter or margerine
3 tbs onion chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/2-1 c water (not including the water to boil noodles)
2 tbs of flower haha flour.

yeah- Linguine noodles
2-3 fresh zuccinie (2 green and 1 yellow!)sliced into moons
a bunch of mushrooms- sliced
salt to tast (or to keep noodles from sticking)
Pepper to tast
parmesan cheese (optinal)

here goes... good luck...

chop and slice all the shit up!
Put a pan of water on the heat to boil.(for pasta)
Heat oil in pan and add onions and garlic. saute<- with a tilday.

add butter, then flour, stir... then add water, stir.
Add zuccinie and mushrooms. simmer, with lid on low heat.

When water boils, add linguine and a-lil salt. strain when noodles are done... hah yeah.
