Today marks my fifth day of eating healthy and 4th consecutive day of exercise. Since Monday, I haven't eaten any shit at all. I may take shit, but I no longer eat shit. None of the donut holes, none of the cookies that get passed around the office. Just food that's on the list with the exception of a bagel and cream cheese. And whole grain bread, which I'm not sure is okay. Whole wheat you can have.

Anyway I'm doing the real deal with supplements and all. Super special vitamins and powders and tonics.

Its good friday. Yesterday was super fantastic thursday, I believe. If I'm not mistaken.

Anyway so I'm healthy now but I'm also tired cuz I kicked my own ass on the treadmill after work today, which also means I don't have the energy to be entertaining. Eventually I'm told it will have the reverse effect? Hmmm.
