and yet, the issues continue
so i gots me a new job. yay, happy money! my big goal for this year is to get a new car. i have my eye on the toyota yaris, msrp of about $15,000. although it varies, depending on where you're looking. anywho. i got the job, i want the car. big problem comes up. i only make like $500/month. that's not gonna get me anywhere.
...uh, scratch that. i'm so used to getting paid weekly that i only counted 80 hours of work for the whole month. hee. i'm so dumb. so actually, there's no problem, because the monthly payments are around $260. i can do this math. although math is evil. so...

that should work! i already factored out insurance and taxes and nonsense. yay! i went from depressed to excited, just in one post! hooray for my new car! summer can't come fast enough. and not just because of the car thing, but also because it is mother lovin' cold here in STL. and i have to hike a 1/2 mile to my car at 11:20pm. brrrr.
oh, not to keep mood swinging, but my kitty is on his way out of this world. he lives at my grandpa's and he's diabetic but the diabetic food is too expensive so they've been feeding him cat chow which is basically pure sugar nuggets. so he's about gone. he would've been 12 in april. i wuv my kitty... :*(
and speaking of sad animal things, what is with pedigree and their commercials? they're worse than hallmark card commercials! there was one with a dog moping in a kennel till people came in and it got all excited and went to the gate and looked at them all hopeful and they looked at him appraisingly and walked on by. and he was all, where are you going? come back, i'm cute and lonely! and i bawled like a baby. i mean, BIG tears. you'd have thought the whole world died in front of me. it was so sad! stupid pedigree. it's not like i don't want to rescue all the animals, but where would i put millions and millions of dogs and cats, hm? makes me sad to remember it!
well, the computer's getting kinda toasty here on my lap and it's almost 4am. and i got to go to the bank in the morning! or in a few hours. my new job is good, some crazy moments, but the stress and aggravation and dirt of my previous jobs is not there. and most of my coworkers are nice. but they don't know my name yet so the keep calling me "hey, young girl". that's a bit annoying. ah well.
