This is why I don't like to go out
So my neighbor turned 50 and he invited us over. And why not? We're good neighbors and all. So we went there.
It was... nice. I mean their garden is smaller than ours but I like it much better. Plus free food!
And then there was the constant stream of transphobia, sexism, rape culture and jokes comparing women to cars. I was seriously surprised there was no homophobia, but I guess now it's no longer....trendy?
And then when you say something against it, when you ask them how can they talk and think like that, how hurtful and disgusting it is - they look at you like you've grown a second head. Because really, how do you tolerate the freaks?
So yeah, this is why my social life is what it is and I'm widely known as anti-social and too aggressive. Me.
I'm sorry, I'm not the one grabbing other people by their buttocks or commenting on their breast-size.
