One of the most amazing things happened.
About a year ago, I happened to meet this person called Trevor Smith at a party who happened to be from the New Museum in NY. He happened to be interesting and we got talking - he was a fancy curator, who happened to ask me about my work. So while I happened to tell him about it, he asked me if I happened to know Andrea Zittel. That happened to be a perfect bulls eye to get me all jumping and excited because she happened to be my favorite artist.
He was very surprised and amused at my excitement leave alone that I even happened to know her. He thought that was amazing and said she’ll be glad to know she happens to have a fan in India. He had just happened to curate a show of hers and was close enough to randomly call her and tell her about the latest edition to her fan club. She responded by saying that her signed catalogue happens to be it's way.
I finally got it yesterday.
It says: “For Sonia, With Warm wishes, Andrea Zittel”
