Easy Medium Hike- Mt Auckland - Plus visit Hot Pools near Helensville at night

It was poring rains all morning and I was almost at the verge of backing out on this awesome trip. As we reached the hiking start point, the day was unexpectedly good, to sum it up in few words: Nice sunshine , no rains, Ideal mud for tramping, good views up on Mt Auckland, Cookies of Frank for the most muddiest person, GK on Geo-Caching, nice friends, hot pools in evening, beautiful full moon, Carrot Cake, Chips. It could not have got better than this, happy that I did this. I am very grateful to all those who made this possible and so memorable.
