Expectations - Hurt Theory.

"The Expectation from a person is directly proportional to the Hurt , the person who was expecting goes through, when the expected does not  happen."

Basically Expecting its criminal!!!. Do things only if you want to and do not expect any return out of it,
then there is no way you will get hurt even though the receiver does not return your favors.
