Eq 1: Rab Ne bana Di Jodi -> Movie Title .. ( Translated: God made this couple)
Eq 2: Tujh Mein Rab Dikhta Hai -> One of the songs in the movie… (Translated: I see God in you)
Basically by eq1 and eq2 , Its pretty much clear that God in the Heroine of the movie made them Couple !!!
Its true as the Legend says, "Its the women who has the final SAY".
