Chiba: Nagashi Somen - Aka Running Noodles
Here's a picture of Deco, doing the "Nagashi Somen" or "Running Noodles" thing. We set up a bamboo chute, with a hose of running water at one end. Deco would put noodles at the top of the chute, and the kids would used chopsticks to grab the noodles as they come down
