Blissful few days
With the parentals visiting and about in Seoul, I was able to spend a blissful four days with just my brother in Boston. We bought a huge apple pie on the eve of Thanksgiving and devoured it rather guiltily as we watched starving Jews in "The Pianist." Adrien Brody is quite heavenly, by the way; even if his nose is like having a second face...
My mom set up a new "studio" in our new home and when the sun is shining just the right way through the windows, everything looks so lovely. I spent most of the afternoons reading "The Mitfords" and practicing Bach while wishing mom was drawing beside me.
It's showering cold rain outside back here at school and all I wish for is to crawl back in my warm bed with a cup of warm milk and finish reading about the Mitford sisters. But only an hour and half more to go at work!
