The World around me is crazy and yet here I sit at 2:30am, and I'm overwhelmed with fleeting gratitude.
While my life has it's ups and downs and my mental health is in the toilet, and my weight seems to be sky rocketing.
I'm finding a place of calm which I haven't felt sicnce before Rosh Hashana, not of complete serentity but a touch of calm.
I'm so greatful I've been able to make the time for my grandparents and be present in their lives.
Tonite my uncle made some smart ass comment about them eating crow, and I wanted to tell him to go fuck himself. But you know what he has to live in his head, I don't and for that I am really greatful.
