Trying to not have a complete meltdown
My grandmother is in the hospital. Apparently she fell yesterday in the apartment.
Early this morning my uncle got a phone call, went down to my grandparents and made my grandfather call an ambulance.
My grandmother is currently in a surgical unit. She has a broken hip. If she gets clearance from the cardiologist she'll be having surgery tommorrow afternoon.
Please say tehillim for Leah bas Fayga/Benjamin(I know my great-grandfather's for sure, not as definite about my great-grandmother)
The cute thing as I'm crying, Nechama is staying close and giving kisses.
I'm planning on going to visit either in the morning tommorrow or tuesday. In a little bit I'm going to start putting together some pictures that we can hang up in the hospital room.
I'll also find out what the expected stay will be and if it's the type of unit that Nechama can visit.
