Towards the end of shabbos I started feeling flushed, nauseous and couldn't pick up the baby.

I actually had Mike drive my car home from his parents house.

Last nite I had a fever, I think the highest it went was 101.8. Even after taking tylenol last nite

At some point I heaved stomach acid. As I haven't eaten anything, sipped some flavored water.

My guess is it's a 24 hour stomach flu. Rivka had the exact same thing last night, and so did several other kids in the community. I wasn't feeling so great myself.
