Oh Will. You sound rather exhausted. Perhaps you'd like a little help locating these...lifeboats?
My own theory involves an escalating psychological warfare against the Barge's inhabitants, in order to generate terror and confusion. This will soften us up for invasion, assassination attempts, kidnapping or what have you. I would be interested in hearing your thoughts on it.
But...let's find a way off this pile of metal anyway.
