Because I feel like it?
It's apparently been a while since I've even touched LJ, let alone posted an entry. I don't even look like my user pics anymore, and there are SO many ads. Like wtf...I remember when you needed a friend code to get an LJ...
But yeah, quick, general updates:
- School is going well. I'm not nearly as diligent as I was in high school so my grades aren't as good, but overall I'm happy with my 3.7ish (A- average). The Ross School of Business is hard, but so far I'm maintaining my own. And it's somehow satisfying that I'm finally learning how to speak Chinese haha (that's like, the one class that I actually want to take)
- I was involved with a number of organizations in high school, but in college I've actually joined boards and have taken leadership positions. It's weird, because I always used to shy away from responsibility (and I still do), but I'm starting to "step it up" so to say...
- Love life is still the same as always. Some things never change. There really haven't been too many viable targets either, whether it be my pickiness or just aiming too high. It's weird though, because I spent the entire year cycling through wanting 1) nothing, 2) love, or 3) to make love. To clarify, b = relationship and c = friends w/ benefits type of thing.
- Internship/jobless so far for the summer. Damn economy.
- Spend time w/ my family, mainly my little brother
- Get a job, both for experience and I guess money
- Get in shape (might get that $10/month membership to Fitness 19 unless the Summit/Lifetime have any summer deals)
Haha this felt surprisingly good. Maybe I'll update more for the increasingly few who still use this, but even if I have no friends it's a great way to gather my thoughts.
Oh yeah, if anybody reading this wants to hang out over summer, I'll be in Canton so gimme a call =)
