Of Recent Goods & Bads
In the month of Sept, besides the 5D4N trip to BKK that I had (after Jan 2010; its as much as a well-deserved holiday) *chuckles*...
The next best thing that happened was Reyes, the 3rd child of my Best Friend (my really really long time friend) was borned on 20 Sep! hooray!~ A simple baby shower aka 滿月was held just last evening. 快高長大哦!
On 01 Oct, Children's Day, I was invited to a wedding dinner of my ex-neighbour's 2nd daughter. I sort of watched her grew up (though they moved away sometime ago). My mother & I were given the honor to be seated at the same table as the bride's family! Needless to say, the food was served by the restaurant's staff.. instead of having to take/scoop the food ourselves *hee...hee*
Then, my mother went to remove the cataract (the left eye now) and the same thing of going for post-op review goes.. The frustrating part was that on the 2nd review, there was a major miscommunication that the changed in timing of the doctor's appointment was not duly informed. Somehow, we didn't get the message and both my mother & I spend waiting from 11am - 230pm before we get to see the doctor!
My day was ruined in the sense that it was a major disruption to my original plan on that day after the morning review. *grrrr....*
The HUMIDITY is back!.. *arrggghhhhh..* I supposed the sales figures for airconditioners are going to shoot up yet another time.. For those without air-conditioners at home.. please take good care of the fan..
My Nov calendar?
(1) a friend's wedding on 13 (wif me as one of the bride's maid)
(2) some birthday celebrations to attend probably... (i already hv one confirmed invite)
the rest... its all go as the day comes
