First thing first, the 3rd post "cataract removal" surgery check went fine.. The next scheduled appointment is a month's time. And this time, its my bro's turn to bring her.
Sadly, I couldn't make it in time to do Ballet Class today.. haiz...~ Wasted me being on leave on a day where there is Ballet class... probably the more keen to attend dance class..lol
Nevertheless, I decided to not stay at home all the way until Bodylicious class starts at 530pm. High chance I would end up napping away after a heavy downpour.. ;p
Today, I ran for 30mins + 5mins cool down time right after the 17:30pm class ends and before the next class starts at 19:45pm! kekeke... With a minor improvement from the previous treadmill run, the speed is now 5, inclination still 2.0 though and the distance covered is supposedly 2.xx... Before all the running, I was on the stationary cycle, watching 18:30 news(the cycle that has the water cooler on its right...) where I sometimes can feel a couple of cool water droplets "accidentally" splattered on my leg..lol
