Well last time I'm not sure if I mentioned Steve and I were going to check out a condo (ahhh imagine us actually owning property). But it was a real let down. It was maybe half the size of our current place and made you feel like a migit because the ceiling seemed really low. And we'd only be paying $150 less than now. Since we're big into lists, here you go:
Pros for Staying
*double the square footage
*higher ceilings
*more closet space
*newer big appliances
*on third floor
*can have cat litter box NOT in the apartment
*MORE SPACE!
*wood work already here
Pros for Moving
*don't have to walk through bedroom to get to the bathroom
*we'd be able to decorate it (paint it and put holes in the walls)
*own washer and dryer
*on first floor
*controllable (and possibly better)heating and cooling
*lower kitchen cabinets
*own it, get equity...the whole shpeal
The realitor that suggested the place is still keeping his eyes peeled for a bigger place, that is still within our price range.
I'm debating about changing majors, I'm really sucking in this core class right now (Organic Chemistry) and I have to decide by Friday if I'm dumping it. I'm tempted to stick it out, cause if I fail it or withdrawl now I'm going to have to retake it in order to apply for Pharmacy school. Maybe I'm not cut out for it. I'm jealous of you for having a passion, because that seems to be what I lack. Steve's having equal frustrations with two of his classes, he's concerned he might be failing, which will cause his financial aid to go Bye-bye. We're having a serious heart to heart about school.
suckzilla!
