Reminiscent of a broken pencil...
Last night, I received a phishing text message (according to VZW, they are starting to see them with alarming frequency). It had the hidden number, poor spelling, and other things you'd expect from a phishing attack.
What the guy at VZW Customer Service & I couldn't understand, however, was that it gave you the correct number for Customer Service - I verified this before I called, as I couldn't believe that anyone would be so dumb....
