Well things are starting to come together, I have my third floor fixed up and rented out for 600 a month. I should be getting a settlement check from a class action against my company in the next week which will allow me to buy the floors to rent out the second floor. Also my truck only has one 200 dollar payment left on it so after that I have 500 dollars less a month going out to them. Floors fixed I can rent the second floor for 800 a month so soon I can go back to my wasteful and profligate lifestyle. Actually probably not, I will have to pay off all my credit cards that I have run up, but still, life will soon be much less stressful.
