[Harsh laughter as the cigarette lighter returns to his pocket.]]

Well then, new arrival, welcome to the City. My name is Tublicain Alhambra. You've come to quite the interesting place.

[ His amber eyes narrow a bit, but his pleasant expression never slips.]

[He looks up towards the sky, rubbing his chin]

[He doesn't necessarily lower his guard, but he does look away from him, to glance at the sky]

[Tublicain looks at him for a moment, then smirks]

Ahh, yes. Alice, yes? I do remember her. We had quite the conversation on blood, as I recall.

So I was correct in my assumption.

[It wasn't a question. He tilted his head, hands finding his pockets. Tublicain vaguely reminded him of a vampire he had encountered before and it was that, not his general presence, that put him on edge.]

Vampire? I'm afraid so. Now, if I'm quite correct, this makes you among the bloodsuckers as well.

[He glances up towards the top of Edwards hair, his mouth quirky slightly]

[He presses his lips into a thin line and turns to walk past him.]

Now, now, there's no need to raise such a fuss. If you are Edward Cullen, I am here to tell you three things.

[He turns to follow him as he passes]

The first is this. We are watching. We are watching closely. Ask your sister, if you must know who we are.

We are the long forgotten nightmare made whole.

The second is an apology. It would seem one of our stray missiles hit Miss Bella. Do forgive us, hardly a... stylish way to fight such an otherwise easy foe.

[He takes a drag on his cigarette and blows blue smoke towards Edward]

The third... for the love all of all vampire-kind, get a haircut.

[He might have brushed him off had he not mentioned Bella and the missle. Tensing slightly, he stopped walking and shot Tublicain a look, a warning.]

Then watch, long forgotten nightmare, we aren't unaccustomed to curious eyes. But know this. Should you cause her harm again, I will make it my personal goal to hunt down you and those involved.
