some notes
- today was probably the one and only day of summer in Ireland and I was off, yay!
- so I did my laundry and hung it outside to dry, so nice
- in the morning I went to the dentist, I have two new fillings and because he gave me anesthetics again, I couldn't feel my upper lip and parts of my nose for about 2 hours which also hindered me in speaking properly, blowing my nose or rinsing out my mouth with water (I couldn't close my mouth properly, so I spilled everything, I felt very handicapped!)
- my boyfriend had sth like food poisoning from Tesco sardines but he didn't go to the doctor. It was rather mild for food poisoning (metal taste in his mouth, sweating, headaches etc) but I think now his immune system is down and he coughs all the time, poor darling. I wish he would go to the doctor but Irish doctors (GPs in any case) have quite a bad reputation, esp at work.
- last week I was 'promoted', I am now the support for the support, if that makes sense. It's a lot of work and I feel a bit overwhelmed with some parts of it but in part it's also exciting and challenging. However, I still don't know how long I will stay, it's definite that I will be gone by the 30th January but possible I leave earlier.
- I am trying to use up my food instead of buying more before temporarily moving to my boyfriend's place (to store my stuff while I am in Germany) next week.
- looking very much forward to visiting Germany!!
