The following are the step by step instructions on submitting your icons ---
01. JOIN the community.
02. POST a new entry.
03. Press POST to year_of_tvfilm button.

IMPORTANT NOTE: I suggest using one of these (1 or 2) sites to code a table, especially if you are posting lots of icons. Be sure to add in the theme names above the icons if you can!
