COMMUNITY RULES
In short, 'Year of Seasons' is an icon community. Basically, you claim any season from any tv show. Then you have exactly 1 year from your claim date to finish 100 icons -- all of which focus on the specific season you claimed. There are a few rules, however.
01. Your icons can't be just anything -- you have to select a theme 'bingo' card when you claim the season(s) --- then all your icons must be based on the themes, 1 icon per theme except in special cases.
02. In order to keep the community active, each person who claims a season(s), must also post at least six (6-) icons a month (of which one (1-) theme icon of the month I randomly choose from each bingo card. If you miss posting 6 icons in a month once, you are excused. If you miss it two months (in a row or not), then you automatically lose your claim and it's opened up for someone else to claim if they wish.
03. Every month, on the 20th of the month, whatever theme icons have been posted will be voted on (top overall of the month, most creative) and whoever has the most votes will win 1st place and a banner. Any icons posted on the 20th or after will be voted on in the following month.
04. Every month, on the 20th of the month, whatever icon sets have been posted will be voted on (category set and category individual icon) and the most votes will determine 1st, 2nd & 3rd place. Any icons posted on the 20th or after will be voted on in the following month.
05. Every 20th of month, I will randomly choose a theme icon of the month from the bingo cards that you will need to post up for the next month's voting. The icons posted in would be voted on best theme, and whoever has the most votes will win 1st place and a banner. If you have already done this icon on your bingo card, you just need to resubmit it.
06 Please submit the links to your icons for voting here. A minimum of 6 and a maximum of 11 icons are to be included in the post with the link to your icons (1 theme icon of the month + 5 theme icons and/or 1 set.
07. A theme icon can be voted for top favorite of the month, most creative & best theme of the month. So for those who have already submitted the theme of the month icon don't need to redo another icon but submit what has already been done.
08. You will also get a banner for every "bingo" you fill out on your theme card. Meaning if you fill out all the 100 theme spots on the card (and not all 100 icons).
09. You may have up to two claims at one time. However, if you have 2, then your 2nd claim must be from a different fandom from your first. You also must keep up with posting the required 6 icons per claim each month or lose that claim. If you have 2 claims, once you finish one of them you can claim a new 2nd one.
10. All icons used for this community must be made new for THIS community! Previously made icons are not allowed.
