This is like the worst weekend ever to be depressed.

Feeling like shit pretty often lately.
Over nothing, so it's kinda hard to fix an issue that isn't there.
Don't know what to do because my therapist sucks.
Still don't want to take medication though.
Feelin' kinda helpless.
Tempted to self-medicate.
