Good lord what a start to the year. I don't even know where to begin.
Started sequence 2 of my VTA program. It took me a while to get the hang of the different style of teaching and the incredibly packed course. I'm on edge with one class and hopefully it's not too late for me to pull my grade up now that I have a grasp on what the hell we're actually learning. And I AM learning. It's just taking a bit.
Work sucks and I have reached my burn out factor. Those that do know me will know that my burn out factor is INCREDIBLY high. I don't think I've hit this low since 11th grade when I hated EVERYTHING. Seriously, think Office space. I come in, ten minute late every day, read the news for half an hour, zone out till 9 then poke at my work. I then take an hour lunch, a 15 minute nap, and I finish my work by 3, when I promptly check out and do nothing till it's time to leave.
I'm trying to stay sane by writing and picking up little projects that are fun, but it's hard to find the time after I spend over15 hours a day working and doing school.
Noa has been sick for a while, hopefully he'll get better soon. It's pretty bad. Almost sounds like a respiratory infection. When he gets sick it hits hard. :(
Fi went back to England and promptly got kicked out by her ass of a dad because she dared to have an opinion that differed from his. She's working on a student visa, which she hopefully will be able to get quickly so she can come back here. Seriously.
I am going to regret staying up this late tomorrow, but I honestly don't care. I could sleep all day at work and still get more done than my not-manager. JFC.
I'm ready for winter to end now. I'm also ready to have a break...which I won't get for anther year...
