Building Juliet: The Winters 1.0
With the Adams having a baby boy and girl, there was a need for more residents in Juliet.
A small lot was fixed up to become the newly remodeled Winters Grocery, owned by Jonas and Mae Winters.

Jonas and Mae Winters are an older couple that have been married for quite a while--they both met while they were going to the Sim State University far back in Sim City, on scholarships. They have been comfortably in love since then and have decided to retire from working for the Sim City school district as elementary teachers and open a small grocery in the quiet town of Juliet.
They might not have as much fire as they used to, but they are still in love. ♥

Running Winter's Grocery doesn't take much, other than the occasional sign disapproval and buttering up the customers. ;)
The Winters have never been able to have children, despite their desire to do so. Since they have retired, they decided to open their home to a few children.
