I'm gonna go ahead and install it to my game and play on it for a while. I really love what you have done with it. I'm not normally a big fan of neon but this is lovely :]
umm well it would seem that a lot of things don't show up.
Normally If something isn't included in the file it will show up in the game but it will flash blue, but like in the main bedroom nothing but the FO3 chair recolor and the desk chair are there. xD
But aside from that everything is perfect. Thank you for sharing this ^_^ I'm sure I can find some crazy girl in my bodyshop to call this home xD
