so, SUP aka the new people who are in charge of livejournal posted about how sorry they were that there's wank going on again. the people apparently got upset because livejournal killed the basic accounts (free with no adds unlike the plus accounts) and forgot to mention. meanwhile brad got pissed.
this really doesn't affect me much since i use the plus option anyway for the extra userpics and layouts, and the adds don't really bother me with the firefox add-ons, but i'm pretty happy with not having a paid account anymore.
