Yeah, that's an excellent way of putting it. It's exactly that. The band recorded the song for public use some time ago, and I just happen to have it with me.
I thought it kinda appropriate.

It's supposed to be up-beat and simple. It's the same type of silly music you'd hear in an old Western... or at least that's what it makes me think of.
