I've been trying to put together some Valentine's Day stuff, along with a couple of other new menu items, for the past couple of days. I'm writerblocked like I've never been writerblocked before. I'm coming up with absolutely nothing. My timeline basically looks like this ( Read more... )

What exactly runs in your family?
I'm actually just a line cook - but in our kitchen everyone contributes to the menu.

My great grandfather had a resturant in milwaukee, which my grandfather took, which my uncle took. My other uncle has a resturant or two. My cousin is a chef/sioux chef/cook depending on where he's working.

That's cool that you all get to contribute.
