Today I incresed the 20-20-20 workout to 30-30-30's and now my legs are like jelly.
I keep attempting to get more out of my day by waking up at 6am, but i keep turning off my alarm and then logically thinking "I don't really need to get up" and sleeping until 9. Grrr. This happens when i'm not at uni, when i actually have a set purpose for getting up early, i'm fine, and i get up and ready efficiently.
The incresed workout ow consists of...
30 Girly Pushups (from the knees because my upper body is still too weak for the normal or hindu pushups)
30 Hindu Squats
30 Breaths in the Back Bridge Position
60 Crunches
30 Sit Ups
60 Leg Lifts
50 Inner Leg Lifts
