I've been doing a physics lab report since 12:30 this afternoon. I finally got done...about 40 minutes ago. Let's just say...I don't want to do homework anymore. I have a physics test and a cell biology test on Friday back to back at 9 and 10 after going to workout on the other side of town from 6:30-8:15 in the morning. I should be studying. Screw it.
So, then I checked all of my usual websites...nothing new. TV doesn't sound appealing at all. I could clean my room, but who wants to do that? I think Danny Tanner is the only person, and he's fictional. So, here I am. And, here's what's been going on with my life recently:
I had Spring Break 2 weeks ago - same week as Sammy (and maybe Jade?) - but a week before everyone else. Ryan, I have no idea when yours is. Anyway, as most know I went to Fort Walton Beach, FL. It's this little community 10 minutes from Destin on the panhandle. Six of us went down: Jill, Molly, Tim, Jill's boyfriend Ryan, Molly's cousin Stacy, and ME! Now, I have to say, with the EXTREMELY large amount of Hoosiers that make their trek down to Florida each year, someone needs to devise a way that gets you down there faster. That ride is forreeeeeever long. Anyway, we had a condo that we got for about $300 for the whole week - $60 per person - because Molly's family has a timeshare. Three beds: a king, a pull out queen, and a pull out twin. Six people. A couple, a pair of cousins, and two people that were going to start dating and didn't. Trust me, figuring out who was going to sleep where was a hootenanny. Molly and I devised a secret plan that ended up being Jill and Ryan on the twin (hey, they'd cuddle wherever they were), Molly and Stacy on the queen, and me and Tim on the king as to keep us as far apart as humanly possible. Well, plans shifted when we saw that the twin bed was even smaller than we had expected, and I spent all nights but the last on the couch cushions on the floor while Jill/Ryan got the queen, Tim got the twin, and Molly/Stacy got the king. Oh, generosity.
I went skydiving the first Sunday of Spring Break. Molly, Stacy and I did. If you've ever wanted to...do it. If you've never wanted to...do it anyway. Seriously, it was amazing. I want to go again. And again. And...again. It was just...unbelieveably fantastic, stellar, surreal, and wonderful.
Um, Spring Break ended too quickly. Skydiving was probably the most interesting thing that happened. Oh, except Tim got really drunk one night (surprise) - seriously, the most drunk I've ever seen him. Anyway, he was running around like a wild man, so I grabbed his shorts to keep him still. He broke free, so I grabbed both the boxer briefs and his shorts, thinking it would keep him still. No. He hopped out of them both. For a period of time, his hand remained covering...well, his crotch. But, after a little coaxing from Jill, we all got the full-blown Timmy show. I have pictures. I have blackmail on Tim for the rest of our lives. I love it.
Sorry this is so everywhere. That's sort of how my mind is rolling right now.
Next story - I went to a party held by a couple of chem majors on Friday night. The guy who was holding the party, James, was fairly drunk and dancing everywhere, even on top of a counter/island thingie in the kitchen. Tre amusing. Anyway, to the more interesting part of this tale: This junior named Luke, who happens to be veerrrrry nice looking and 6'3"ish, told me to get up there and dance. I said no. He said it again, and told me that he would get up there if I would. To top it off, he would pick me up and put me on there. Now, I'm 160 lbs., and so I laughed because it would take a significant amount of effort to get me up to a counter that comes halfway up my torso. I rose to the challenge and said that I'd like to see him try. He wouldn't do it, right? Wrong. He started to climb across the counter (he was on the other side). I grabbed onto one of my chem major friends for support, but he scooped me up and sat me on top of the counter before standing up on it before and reaching down his hand to help me stand up/hunch over because the ceiling was close. The whole debacle was amusing, to say the very least. And Luke? I am a fan of Luke.
Tim and I went to TH on Saturday to get him a new phone and to exchange my cars. I had taken the van down for Spring Break and (finally!) got my car back after a lengthy 3 month break. I missed Chandler. Then, we drove back and ended up watching Walk the Line with Jill last night. And today? Today I met my mom at Target and then came back to start working on physics. Seven and a half hours later, I started this entry.
So...that covers me. What's going on in your life?
