Am I reading this correctly.
The guy could spend 25 years in prison for providing his second cousin a SIM card. if so, could that mean they could lock up someone for lending their phone to a stranger for a few minutes to make a quick call, if the stranger ended up causing some act of terrorism?
If so that would be a bit pish, as that would encourage everyone to be selfish/ more selfish.
