What are some ways you have used to inspire kids who want to just toss 8 pictures on a page with a headline and call themselves done? If they're doing it out of laziness, I know how to handle it, but if they're doing it because they honestly don't have the type of creativity necessary for this type of task...I'm not sure where to go from there.

I've tried utilizing Josten's PageSurfer. I've tried showing them examples of creative layouts in magazines and other yearbooks. I've tried taking their own layouts and showing them how to spice them up.
