A 52-minute documentary using footage originally shot by NTV. The film examines Russian apartment bombings (1999) that killed nearly 300 people and led the country into the Second Chechen War. The film provides evidence that the bombings were perpetrated by FSB, the Russian state security organisation formerly known as KGB.
